Hi,

Follow HP Easy Start below to install the latest drivers for Mojave:

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it is saying that I am unable to configure and won't let me add my printer.

Is there another way to fix this as I had tried upgrading my drivers before?

Hi,

What exact error is shown by HP Easy Start?

It should support your printer, so please provide some more details to get a better understanding of any possible cause.

It was saying it couldn't be configured and to go back and try and download again. I did go through that again to no avail

Thanks for clarifying @Manfolk,

Try following HP Easy Start again by selecting the HP Essential Software only, be sure to uncheck any other option and check for any difference.

If that fails too, try downloading the drivers using HP Easy admin instead:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06164609#AbT1

If the utility fails to download the drivers too, try downloading it using HP Easy Admin from another network and then install the drivers on your Mac, a such may occur due to network connection issues.

Thanks for the advice. Still had the same problem, so I decided to restart the computer and this appears to have fixed the problem. Appreciate the time you gave in assisting
