double sided printing not an option

I just recently got a new laptop and connected my smart tank 7301. Everything is good except it will not allow me to print double sided. i know the 7301 can print double sided and it still allows me to print double sided from my old laptop. i've checked under printing preferences, properties, advanced and cant find a double sided printing option. thanks

thanks  i have tried multiple times to install that driver but i keep getting an "install failed" error. the software for your device could not be installed. any other recommendations? thank you
