Hi.  My office jet 4635 has an error, and I am trying to download the firmware to reinstall with usb with the preboot method.   I can't seem to locate it on the HP support website - they want me to update with automated programs that can't find the printer (because it isn't working).  How can I download the firmware file?  Thanks!
