download printer drivers

I need the DRIVERS for several HP PRINTERS (one of them being an HP ENVY 6455 AIO), but the issue is there are NO DRIVERS in the Product Support Page, they only have a SOFTWARE called ""HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software (Internet connection required for driver installation)"", but I need to install these drivers in Senior HOMES with a Local Network but NO Internet Access or Limited Internet Access. 

So I need to Copy the Print Driver in a USD Drive to install on the required Computer, how can I do this IF I can not download the DRIVERS how can I install the drivers, before it was so simple to just reach out to the HP Product Website and Download what you needed WITHOUT the need to talk to an Agent, now the TOOLS are not available so we need to reach out for Technical Support and it is IMPOSSIBLE to Contact Anyone (Bad Service? or just cutting on Costs).

These practices make Customers fall for SCAMS when they are Searching for Tools (Drivers) elsewhere, specially when HP has NO Contact or Support Phone Line (or effective system).
