Product: dell optiplex
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to down load HP Solutions Centre (which you would think be very easy) but NO. Using HP Support For the last hour but going round and round in circles and keep ending up with them asking me to down load "Instant App" or some other rubbish which is of no use whatsoever.
