Someone else posted this question.  The one response was the pictorial directions for changing the cartridges, with the second-to-the-last step of "slide the drawer in".  Umm, that's the problem.  It doesn't slide in.  Nothing is broken that I can see (which is what the last guy wrote...and those directions don't help solve the issue).  There  is no paper jam.  It seems as if the tray won't nestle back down into its "ready to slide" position.  Yes, the cartridges are right and they are nestled into the tray.  It's the tray and the receptacle of the tray.

 

A moment here that conjures  up that glorious scene from Office Space, where the programmers take a bat to the printer.  So satisfying.

 

Anybody have a real solution?

A picture of how far in it does go would be nice. One question, if you remove the cartridges and try to close the tray does it work?
