How can I manually download the driver without using the hp app? 
I can connect the printer from my Mac, but when I try to search in the HP app that's provided, the app won't find the printer. 

 

However, since I don't have the driver, I get an error in the printer. 

Can you please let the customer download the .dmg file on their own? 

 

We got an expensive printer, but no one is able to use it.
