Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I purchased a new MFP M428fdn  and cannot install it on a Windows XP PC.
Can you help me?

Hello,

Unfortunately, HP has not released a full version of printer software and drivers for Windows XP.

For Windows XP, the HP Universal Print Driver (UPD) version 5.9.0 must be used, but HP recommends using the HP Universal Print Driver (UPD) version 6.8.0 for your printer.

We can still try to install version 5.9.0 via one of the links below.

Please refer to your printer's manual available below.
