driver for Mac OS Big Sure 11.2.2.

My printer HP LaserJet M1132 MFP stop working because company Apple upgrade Mac OS and printer doesn't work with Mac OS Big Sure 11.2.2. The driver from HP site can't be installed anymore too. I work from home and now I can't work. Could you help me, please?

HP LaserJet M1132 MFP driver for macOS 11.2 is not available from the HP website or Apple Software Update. However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in Mac OS X. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.

NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP or Apple.

I saw your reply to some one elses  post who had the same problem. Simple deleting the printer description, and the adding it back WORKS ! Thanks.

Hi!

I also have LaserJet M1132 MFP and OS X 11.2.3 (MacBook Air M1). Tried to download a driver from HP:s web page, that offered driver software "HP Easy Start". Easy Start made me install HP Smart. On HP Smart nothing worked. It doesn't recognize USB-connection from LaserJet, even though System preferences->Printers does recognize the printer. So, USB is connected properly, I just don't have the driver to select, since the offered EasyStart->Hp Smart failed totally. LaserJet M1132 MFP is not on Gutenberg supported list. What next?

According to this document, this model printer is not compatible with the HP Smart app. This printer is not AirPrint compatible too. If there are no Guten print drivers available, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
