Operating System: Microsoft Windows (64-Bit)
Greetings, I have a problem with something similar that I think you can help me with. I will be extremely grateful. When I try to uninstall the software (HP ENVY 5000 series Basic Device Software), I get the following error and:
Error-2147467259: Failed to find driver packages to process
Also, it tells me that the installation package "E5000x64.msi" cannot be found. I have tried to crawl it in the File Explorer search bar with no success.
