duplex issue

  1. Printer model – Which HP printer are you using?
  2. Connection type – Are you printing via Wi-Fi, USB, or Ethernet?
  3. Operating system – Are you using Windows 10, Windows 11, or macOS?
  4. Print source – Are you printing from Word, a browser, PDF viewer, or another app?
  5. Driver/software – Have you recently updated or reinstalled the printer driver or HP App?
  6. Current behavior – Does the printer print only one side, or does it attempt to duplex but stop midway?
  7. Print settings – Is the “Print on both sides” or “Two-sided” option visible and selected when you print?
