I was trying to setup my printer and in the last step when I try to register for instant Ink, it gave me an error message EBS00P0013 stating it cannot resolve the issue and therefore cannot finish the printer setup.

could you please help and advise how to fix it so that I can finish the printer setup? Thank you in advance

Try these steps:

1. Check Internet Connection

Ensure your printer and device are connected to a stable and reliable internet connection. An unstable connection can cause registration issues.

2. Restart Printer and Device

  • Turn off your HP Envy 6055e printer.
  • Shut down your computer or mobile device.
  • Wait for a few minutes, then turn the printer and the device back on.

3. Verify Account Details

Ensure that the details you’re entering during the Instant Ink registration are correct. Double-check:

  • Account email address
  • Password
  • Billing information

4. Update Printer Firmware

Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.

 

5. Re-enable Web Services

Sometimes disabling and re-enabling web services can resolve registration issues.

  • On your printer's control panel, navigate to Setup or Settings.
  • Select Web Services.
  • Turn off Web Services, wait for a minute, and then turn them back on.

6. Clear Cache and Cookies

If you are using a web browser during the registration process, clear the cache and cookies to ensure there are no issues conflicting with the registration process.

  • Open your web browser.
  • Go to the browser’s settings and clear cache and cookies.

7. Try Another Device or Browser

Try using a different device or web browser to complete the Instant Ink registration.
