This is one of those things that might happen if your "printer" in your job setup is pointing at the "Fax" instead of the printer.

As long as the full driver software is still installed and functional, the fix might be as simple as selecting the correct printer in the job configuration.  That is, select your Printer instead of "fax".

The specifics depend on your Operating System / version and the application or software you are using to configure and submit the print job to the printer.

One general example - select Printer during job setup --
