My printer will NOT print a No10 envelope aligned correctly. It cuts off the return address and acts like it's a short envelope. I am not printing this from word. I'm printing this from an online platform (Etsy). The printer settings are set for a #10 envelope. The envelope is being fed from the tray and it is printing too far to the left on the envelope which cuts off the left edge of the return address. It also centers the postage on the envelope at the top as it it doesn't know the length of a #10 envelope.

Hi @wyomingnan2,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Kindly check the below steps and if not tried, follow the instructions and see how it goes.
Load envelopes into the printer
How you load envelopes depends on what type of printer you have and where the paper input tray is located.
CAUTION:
To avoid jams and printer damage, do not print envelopes with clasps, windows, shiny surfaces, or coated linings. If you have a LaserJet printer, do not use envelopes with self-stick adhesives or other materials that are susceptible to heat.
Load the envelopes into the main input tray.
Inkjet printers with a front tray: Front of the envelope facing down and the flap to the left
Inkjet printers with a rear tray: Front of the envelope facing up and the flap to the left
LaserJet printers with a front tray: Front of the envelope facing up and the flap to the left
Slide the paper width guides in until they rest against the edges of the envelopes.
Refer to this document for the remaining steps.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
