community help!!! i bought a new printer envy inspire 7920e i have installed it through hp smart app 123.hp.com
but it doesnt work it still says incomplete instalation i have done these 3 times by deleting everything and beggining from the start but same thing every time , lap top is connecting to the printer its giving info like ink and paper suply but when press print it says printer setup incomplete but you can here the printer taking the order and moving around but stops.

I see that you are facing printing issues with your HP ENVY Inspire 7920e All-In-One Printer wherein you get a message that set-up is not complete.
Please follow the steps from this document. to setup the unit using HP smart app. (Click on the word document to open the web page).
If you want to setup using HP Plus, then please follow this document.
