Welcome to the HP User Community.
It is well past July 2021 - so no worry there.
Printer software is supported in Windows 11 - so not sure there is any concern there. I have this printer installed on a Windows 11 system - works fine.
I do NOT have any information that suggests the printer software is going away - it would be strange if the printer software and firmware support were stopped on a newer model. I guess it could happen but I've not seen it on printers this new.
The Envy Photo 7855 printer model is no longer for sale as a new printer.
HP+, when enabled, extends the Warranty and provides (optionally) for an extended Trial of the Instant Ink Trial.
HP+ capable printers, whether or not the HP+ service is enabled, require the use of genuine HP ink cartridges.
