installing HP photo creations error 80004005:1.

I have reinstalled photo creations with same results. rebooted, reinstalled printer software, burned incense...........

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

First, let's uninstall HP photo creations from programs and features from the computer:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program. ...
3. Select the program you want to remove.
4. Click Uninstall or Uninstall/Change at the top of the program list.
5. Read and respond to any messages that might open while the software is being removed from your computer.

And reinstall HP Photo Creations from here

Error 80004005:1 indicates a problem with your Internet connecting during installation. As Echo_Lake suggests, reinstalling HP Photo Creations should fix that. I find restarting the computer after reinstalling can help. Here are directions:
