Hi @Tonyny222,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Error code 0x00759C98 on an HP Deskjet 3520 e-All-in-One Printer typically indicates a problem with the firmware or hardware. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for about 1-2 minutes.
- Reconnect the power cord.
- Turn on the printer.
Update Firmware:
- Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP Support website, enter your printer model, and download the latest firmware if available.
- Follow the instructions provided by HP to update the firmware.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer. Open the printer cover and check for any stuck paper.
Reset Printing System (For Mac):
- If you're using a Mac, you can try resetting the printing system.
- Go to "System Preferences" > "Printers & Scanners."
- Right-click (or control-click) on the list of printers on the left side and choose "Reset printing system."
- Restart your Mac and then add the printer again.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer.
- Visit the official HP website, download the latest drivers for your printer model, and install them.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
