Hi @Tonyny222,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Error code 0x00759C98 on an HP Deskjet 3520 e-All-in-One Printer typically indicates a problem with the firmware or hardware. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Reconnect the power cord.
  • Turn on the printer.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP Support website, enter your printer model, and download the latest firmware if available.
  • Follow the instructions provided by HP to update the firmware.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer. Open the printer cover and check for any stuck paper.

Reset Printing System (For Mac):

  • If you're using a Mac, you can try resetting the printing system.
  • Go to "System Preferences" > "Printers & Scanners."
  • Right-click (or control-click) on the list of printers on the left side and choose "Reset printing system."
  • Restart your Mac and then add the printer again.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer.
  • Visit the official HP website, download the latest drivers for your printer model, and install them.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
