I understand you are getting the error code 0x80043c02 on your HP ENVY 6020e typically relates to connectivity or software issues. Here are some steps to resolve the problem:

Step 1: Restart Printer and Computer

  1. Power off your printer completely and unplug it from the power source for about 60 seconds.
  2. Restart your computer and ensure no background apps are interfering with the HP software.
  3. Plug the printer back in, turn it on, and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: Update HP Software

  1. Go to the HP Support website and download the latest version of the HP Smart app or full-feature printer software for Windows 10 (64-bit).
  2. Uninstall any existing HP printer drivers or the HP Smart app:
    • Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, find HP software, and uninstall it.
  3. Reinstall the downloaded HP software and follow the setup prompts to reconnect the printer.

Step 3: Check Connectivity  HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network)

  1. For Wi-Fi Connection:
    • Ensure the printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
    • Restart your Wi-Fi router.
