Will not scan. Gives me the error code every time. Tried removing and reinstalling several times. Made sure that the vpn was turned off. Tried to call in for support because I have a [Personal Information Removed] but was disconnected every time. Very poor support for the product. Warranty expires in days so I can see why they don't want to respond to the problems. I do not have time to keep searching for maybe fixes. Need to have this unit replaced either with a new HP or a brand that I can rely on. Thank you
