Product: Officejet 4635

everytime we plug in the printer, the error code 0XB80003E8 pops up. We've already tried unplugging the external power cord from the wall and the printer but each time the error code comes up again.  Can't remove the print cartridges as the carrier is stuck all the way to the right.  Officejet 4635
