HP OfficeJet Pro 8138e All-in-One Printer

my old printer died around christmas so i bought another hp as i liked the instant ink.  i was in my account and was in the process of replacing my old printer but had to stop due to health issues with my spouse - cancer.  i went on using my printer with the free ink and was sent one free cartridge of ink in the six month period.   Around the early part of summer, my spouse had emergency surgery and was in the hospital for 2 weeks and our lives turned upside down.   once everything calmed down, i tried to print some medical info and could not get the printer to work.  After checking my account i found out i had a billing issue and my cc was no longer valid - after 4 seperate calls i began to learn, i had two seperate accounts and the informaiton did not match with my identity - cc was a credit card but paypal - my email ends in .ca - then advised a different email listed???? but all other info was mine - when they told me something i tried to fix it but after learning i had two seperate accts and arguing with the cold female she hung up on me AND NOW MY STATUS IS SHOWING UNAVAILABLE instead of contact support - I am so upset i vow to never to buy another hp product EVER - plus i have been on hold for over 40 minutes to find out what are my options
