@Gibspeed, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To perform a Factory Reset on your HP LaserJet MFP 3302fdw, follow the steps below carefully. This will restore the printer to its original factory settings:
Important: A factory reset will erase all custom settings (network configurations, fax settings, etc.). Make sure to back up any important data beforehand.
Using the Printer Control Panel:
- From the Home screen, tap the Settings icon (gear symbol).
- Scroll to and select General.
- Tap Restore Defaults.
- Confirm the reset when prompted.
- The printer will restart automatically after restoring to factory settings.
This process will reset all settings including wireless, fax, and admin configurations.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
