We've got a LJ m507 printer and need to reset the admin password as it has been lost. We've tried doing a factory reset a few times (and a few other things) but it has not reset all of the settings, i.e. the admin password has not been reset. I've tried doing a search online to see if there is anything else I can do to fully reset the printer but not found anything useful. The model of printer only has a touch screen control panel.
Trying this as a last resort to see if anyone can offer any advice. Thanks in advance.
