HP Recommended

Need to reset becuse have dona a refill on the cartridge. The printer does not accept refilling. The cartridge seems emty on the panel but they are full and the printer will not write (only test page and that seems ok). Can you give me instructions for a factory reset for to zero the mind in the printer.  Printer DeskJet 2630.

HP Recommended

There is no manual reset.

The reset is done automatically when you buy a new cartridge, refilled cartridge will show empty.
