MFP M281cdw

Firmware upgrade breaks MFP M281CDW. Code 79, printer flaps with with 79/reinitialize/79... Printed file immediately before update. Saw the update on the onboard screen. Ran the update. Attempted to print same document.  No documents print -- continuous error 79.  Need to either downgrade or reset to factory firmware.  Please help!

Was able to downgrade to HP_LaserJet_Pro_M280_M281_Printer_series_20200612.rfu following this procedure:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01711356#MacMethod_RFUutility (though 'update firmware' on mac is in the advanced options menu).  Printer now works great!

I have the identical issue.

How do I roll back this firmware?
