Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

Out of the blue, our printer, Hp Color laser jet pro MFP M281fdw, quit working and states "Firmware upgrade was interrupted, resend the upgrade file to the device." I've tried downloading the firmware from my computer, it doesn't work. Same message appears. I've tried downloading it from the printer and it states that there are no updates available.
