hi....

i have a MFP e77822 and it's stuck......error 49.13.01

i am trying to reinstal de firware from usb

i entered the service menu but no password will work.....

is there a way to factory reset it......a can't acces ther admin menu without passowrd

i solved the password issue....i reinstaled the firmware and stillhave the 49.13.01 error.....any advice?
