macOS 11.0 Big Sur

HELP!!!!Hello, I have just performed a firmware update to my M102w LaserJet Pro, according to the progress bar on the update application, the update completed, with a yellow smiley face at the end, however the printer no longer functions, the green attention light and the wifi lights are permanently illuminated. My MAC no longer recognises it when the USB lead is connected, my router does not recognise the device on wifi either. Even I've try on a MacBook but it is the same. How do I recover from this ?

@starre, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
