Welcome to HP Support Community, @jim739

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e was moved to a new office and certain settings appear locked, you can follow these steps to regain full access—including restoring network settings.

1. Ensure Proper Setup

Confirm that the printer is fully set up in the new location. Make sure it is plugged in, powered on, and placed within range of your network.

2. Check the Connection

Make sure your computer can detect the printer. If the printer is not on the network, connect it to Wi-Fi or Ethernet as per your setup requirements.

3. Use the HP Smart App

Install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store (Windows) or relevant app store.

Open HP Smart and select Add Printer.

Once added, access the printer settings through the app.

4. Restore Network Settings via HP Smart

Open HP Smart and navigate to Settings.

Choose Advanced Settings or Network (varies by version).

Perform a Restore Network Settings if needed.
Note: Some options require administrator access on your HP account.

5. Ensure Connectivity Requirements

Make sure both your computer and printer are connected to the same network. Mismatched networks will prevent certain settings from appearing.

6. Check Printer Dashboard

On the printer’s touchscreen:

Swipe down from the top to access the Dashboard.

Open Network Setup.

Select Restore Network Settings, if available.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
