Short Answer

The printer does not keep job history.

The best you could hope for is a cumulative history of the number of pages ever printed (lifetime) and various other technical information that has nothing to do with job history.

Longer Answer

Note:  All the following must be set up ahead of time.

Windows can be set to save print jobs in the queue - This works as long as no one clears the queue or reloads the printer software.

The Event Viewer can be set to log the print jobs.

The user can then open the Event Viewer and search for some of the details on the jobs.

The process is not automated unless you write a batch job to set the queue, enable logging, catch the job details, and format the results into a report.

If "stuff" is already confusing, the methods to set / log / track / report the jobs will likely make it worse...

I will certainly post the how-to if you are interested.
