I cannot disable duplex printing on my new printer M4789fdw.  I can go under options on the print page and disable there but it only works once.  I use windows. The disable button on my printer won't work.  I only need one sided printing and this is extremely frustrating.

Hello,

Hope you are well, to disable duplex if its a windows 10 computer, please go to control panel > devices and printers > right click over the printer icon, please select printer properties > go to the device settings tab and look for Duplex unit and mark it as Not installed. > apply and save changes.

if its mac , please go to system preferences > printers and scanners > click on the + icon and then select the printer and the driver you want to use , click add , but dont put a check for the Duplex unit and continue adding the printer, or if the printer is already added, click on Options and Supplies, and then remove the checkmark for duplex.
