Hi,

Is the printer connected to the same local network as the Windows 10 PC?

Right-click the Network or Wireless icon on your PC and then Open Network & Internet settings.

Is your network type listed as Public or Private below the network chart?

If it is set to Public, click on Change connection properties and then select Private, return back and select the Status tab, skip this step if it is already Private.

Click on Sharing options. and ensure that Turn on automatic setup of network connected devices is unchecked and then press Save Changes, then it should no longer install automatically by your operating system.

I did that but it kept being re-installed even both computers on the network were marked that printers and files were not to be shared.
