Hi @martin1704,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I can understand how frustrating this is. You want to print four files neatly on one A4 sheet, but instead you get tiny text crammed into one corner. Let’s fix this so your printout looks clean and readable.

Recommended Steps

Option 1: Use HP App

  1. Download or open the HP App:
👉 HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site
  2. Click Print Documents.
  3. Select all 4 files.
  4. In Print Settings, choose:
    • Paper Size: A4
    • Layout: Multiple Pages per Sheet (4 per page)
    • Orientation: Portrait or Landscape
    • Fit to Page: ON
  5. Preview before printing.

Option 2: Use Windows Print Settings

  1. Select all 4 files → Right-click → Print.
  2. In the print dialog:
    • Choose your HP ENVY 6032e printer.
    • Click PreferencesPage Layout.
    • Set Pages per Sheet = 4.
    • Enable Borderless if needed.
  3. Print preview should show all 4 evenly spaced.

Option 3: Combine Files into One PDF

  • Use Microsoft Print to PDF or the HP app to merge files.
  • Then print with the 4 pages per sheet option.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Hi @martin1704,

Thank you for reaching out! I know how frustrating it can be when the printer doesn’t lay out the page the way you expect, but don’t worry, in most cases, this isn’t a printer fault. It’s usually caused by the print settings on the computer.

To help you get all 4 files printed on one A4 sheet, please check the following:

1️⃣ Check the Print Layout (Very Important)

Before printing, open the document → click Print → look for:

  • Page Layout / Pages per Sheet
  • Set it to 4 pages per sheet (or the layout you prefer)
  • Also, ensure Paper Size = A4

If this option is not set, it will print only in the top-left corner.

2️⃣ Check Scaling Options

In the print menu:

  • Make sure Scale / Fit to Page is enabled
  • Avoid Actual Size, as this keeps your print small and in one corner

3️⃣ Software Matters

Please tell me which application you are printing from:

✔ Word
✔ PDF (Adobe Reader)
✔ Photos
✔ Browser (Chrome/Edge)

Each app has different layout settings, so I can guide you step-by-step when I know which one you're using.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
