Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Tried to download the new HP Print and Scan Doctor but it would not do it. Has anyone else had problems ?

Thanks for your mesage. Sorry to hear your experience. Just to ensure you have the right link to download click below and choose the relevant operating system: 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-3830-all-in-one-printer-series/7172321...

Choose the relevant Operating System and under Utility Diagnostic Tool you'll find the Print Scan Dr. 

 

Please make sure to follow the installation instructions for a successful download and installation.
