Hi @kokalas ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to change your name on the HP DeskJet 2700e All-in-One series Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To give a name to your HP DeskJet 2700e printer on Microsoft Windows 11, you can follow these steps:
- Open Settings: Click on the Start menu and then select the Settings gear icon (it looks like a gear) or press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
- Devices: In the Settings window, select "Devices" from the available options.
- Printers & scanners: In the Devices menu, click on "Printers & scanners" from the left-hand side menu.
- Select Your Printer: You should see your HP DeskJet 2700e listed under "Printers & scanners". Click on it to select it.
- Manage: After selecting your printer, click on the "Manage" button associated with it.
- Printer Properties: In the Manage your device window, click on "Printer properties".
- Change Name: In the Printer properties window, go to the "General" tab and you should see a field labeled "Printer name". Click on it to edit the name.
- Enter New Name: Type in the new name you want to give to your printer.
- Save Changes: Once you've entered the desired name, click on the "Apply" or "OK" button to save the changes.
