Hi @marathon11,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Ensure Printer is Set Up and Connected
- Make sure your HP Envy 6555e printer is properly set up and connected to your PC.
- Ensure it is connected via USB or configured on the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
Open the Document
- Locate the saved document on your PC that you want to print.
- Double-click the document to open it in its default application (e.g., Microsoft Word, PDF viewer, etc.).
Access Print Settings
- In the application where your document is open, click on File in the top menu.
- Select Print from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can use the shortcut Ctrl + P on your keyboard.
Select Your Printer
In the Print dialog box, ensure that the HP Envy 6555e is selected as the printer. If it is not selected, use the drop-down list to choose it.
Configure Print Settings
- Adjust print settings as needed:
- Number of Copies: Set how many copies you need.
- Pages: Choose if you want to print all pages or specific pages.
- Color/B&W: Select color or black and white printing.
- Print Layout: Choose layout options like portrait or landscape orientation.
Print the Document
- Once all settings are configured, click the Print button.
Collect Printed Document
- Wait for the printer to finish printing.
- Collect the printed document from the printer's output tray
I hope this helps.
