I'm trying to find the software that will allow two sided scanning on HP8610.

@Himaf, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The printer is not capable of 2-sided scanning so any additional software will not help you with this. If you want to scan both sides, 2-sided scanning is not an option, you can add pages to your scan later.
