how to fix this problem because i need to clean the printhead of my printer to improve the quality of its printing.

Hi,
Please unplug the power from the printer for 60 seconds, power on the printer back and give it another try.
If the same persists, may you see any different behavior than normal? any alert icon or any warning or error on the printer screen?
