I bought an M110we not knowing that it needs wifi to set-up& use, the description includes USB connectivity. None of our PC's (Windows 10) use wifi (all are connected to internet via ethernet).
Is there any way I can install and use this printer on a PC without WiFi (if necessary using a borrowed laptop with wifi)- or does it go to eBay?
thanks

Sadly that applies to most HP PCs & laptops with minimal storage, which I why I'm no longer using HP PC's.
I do have Wifi, which is mainly used for an internet radio. Presumably if the printer can be configured with the wifi details it will connect directly to the router/internet and the PC used for printing can use the USB link.
Question - can a PC other than the one to be used for printing be used to configure the printer?

M110we requires a wireless internet connection to work
M110w can work without the internet just using a USB cable.
Once you connect the M110we to the wi-fi network with internet access all devices on the same wi-fi network can use it.

Would you happen to know if all the configuration can be done via a USB cable? The printer can then talk to the internet, or the internet radio, via wifi - just so long as all PC to printer traffic, configs & printing, are done only via USB.

it looks like the Smart App supports installation & configuration from a PC that doesn't have wifi (but is connected to the LAN via ethernet). This then allows the PC to print to the printer via USB.
But the Smart App comes with all sorts of frivolous extras which I don't want on a PC thats used for work, so think I'll ditch the HP printer and get one from a more serious vendor.
