You can try this step to get total count of pages

  1. Print a Configuration Report:

    • Press and hold the Cancel button (the one with an "X") on the printer's control panel for 5-10 seconds until the Ready light starts blinking.
    • Release the button, and the printer will print a configuration report.

  2. Check the Report:

    • Look at the printed configuration report. The "Total Page Count" or "Pages Printed" section will show the total number of pages your printer has printed.

If this not work for you then you should connect with HP Support team........
