I have a HP Officejet Pro 7740 printer i am unable to figure out how to nominate the paper size A3 and A4 between the two trays. I have A4 loaded in tray 1 and in tray 2 i have loaded A3 but when i go to print A4 is always selected.

Thank you so much for your reply, I should have mentioned that my printer is connected to my Mac Book Pro and I direct all my printing from my lap top to my HP printer I think this might need a different set up procedure than what you suggested. Again thank you for spending time to answer my query
