@Greenturtle - thank you. It looked like it was going to reset perfectly and then our power went out (BLINKED actually) and when it came back on there was terrible grumpy sounds and I let it work for 16 hours and it's awaiting recycling in the garage. 😞 Whole house surge protection is not perfect and neither and surge protectors. Sometimes you just get bit. :'(  Thanks for the answer though.

how to reset while the factory rest function is disabled? 

i can't remeber admin username and password?
