How to set up the A3 size paper on the option of computer?

Hi! @angel301, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have issues printing in A3 from your printer.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Have you tried checking on a different brand paper?

Have you installed the full feature printer software on your PC?

Try the steps recommended below.

Follow these steps to change the print settings to match the current print job.

  1. In the software program you’re printing from, click File, and then click Print.

  2. Select your printer, and then click Properties or Printer Properties.

  3. Click the Paper/Quality tab.

  4. From the Paper Size drop-down list, select the option that matches your paper size and print job type. Use the following table to select the correct driver setting if using 11 x 17 size paper.

  5. From the Media drop-down list, select the paper type that matches the paper loaded in the printer.

  6. Click Advanced. Next to Borderless Printing, select Print with Border or Print Borderless.

    NOTE:

Depending on the driver setting selected, one of these options might not be available.

  7. Click OK, and then click OK again to apply the settings.

  8. Click OK or Print from the Print dialog box to start the print job.
