Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:
1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)
The following resource will help you :
http://123.hp.com/us/en/
Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
If you are not sure how to do this, the following resource will walk you through the steps:

After the last windows 10 update my laptop was unable to access my printer(HP Envy 4527.
I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver.
Followed the instructions but suspect I put in the wrong choice when asked if access was wireless network or Wi Fi.
I selected Wireless Network. Now when I try to print it seems to do it ok but the output never gets to the printer.
I thought the way to solve this might be to uninstall and reinstall again using Wi Fi as my choice.
But don't know how to go about this now. Been a while since I did it before as I have been on holiday.
Don't know where to find the software to uninstall it but I do still have the new version in my Downloads folder.
