Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have facing a serious problem but none can solve this issue. I have hp 1108 laser jet printer & windows 11 , office 2024 . when i am printing on A4 page border not printing properly . same printer working fine on windows 10 . And also I cant change printer setting Letter to A4 . when i change the printer setting then shows done . but printer properties show page available letter only .Screenshot 2025-08-11 180618.pngWhatsApp Image 2025-08-11 at 6.11.49 PM.jpeg

Issue not resolved .

I've installed all the HP smart drivers, set all the preferences to default to A4 paper, restarted the PC and the printer, the defaults all show as A4, but the printer reports back that the only paper available is Letter size.

As a consequence it won't print properly.

I am now at a loss!
