Microsoft Windows 11

I have used this printer with Dell laptop with windows11 for several years and now it prints blank pages or pages with incomplete print. I have removed the printer and reinstalled. I have downloaded driver. What can I try?

If your HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer prints blank pages or incomplete prints even after reinstalling the printer and downloading the driver, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the Printer Cartridges

  • Ensure the printer cartridge is properly installed.
  • Check if the printer cartridges have sufficient ink. Replace them if necessary.
  • Clean the contact points on the cartridges and in the print carriage using a clean, lint-free cloth.

2. Print a Test Page

  • Print a test page to determine if the issue is with the printer hardware. Refer to the printer's manual on how to print a test page directly from the control panel.

3. Ensure Correct Printer Selection

  • Verify that the HP DeskJet 2622 printer is selected as your default printer in the print dialog

4. Update Printer Driver

  • Confirm you have downloaded the correct driver for Windows 11 and ensure it is properly installed.
  • Visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads page for the latest updates.

5. Check for Paper Jams
