PRINTER IS ON A WINDOWS 2016 FILE SERVER & HAS STOPPED PRINTING

 

UNPLUGGED POWER TO PRINTER / PRINTER RECYCLED ; TRIED TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE AND STUCK IN QUEUE

THE QUEUE HAS DOCUMENT NAME FIRMWARE UPDATE - 

 

UPDATE

THE FIRMWARE SHOWS UPDATED (20220414) BUT THE PRINTER NOW CONSTANTLY SHOWS OFFLINE

i RESTART THE SERVER PRINT SPOOLER AND IT SHOWS READY - THEN IT GOES BACK TO OFFLINE

 

THE DRIVER IS 8.0.1329.6488 WHICH LOOKS LIKE THE CURRENT DRIVER FOR WNDOWS 10 & WINDOWS 11
