hp 4280 does not work with Windows 11

Hi all,

I would appreciate any help, the hp c4280 does not work under windows 11,  Any help to find the drivers? the official hp web page does not provide these drivers, or at least I have not been able to find them!!

Hi, I have installed the drivers from your link, it was installed successfully, I can scan documents and see the status of the printer, even the ink left.  However, when I try to print I get the following " Error when trying to print"

Could it be that the driver is for C4200 and the model I have is C4280?

Hi @joaquínaut ,

The software driver is the same for all models included in the same family of C4200, C4210, C4240, C4280.

Well, in this case if the ink left, so the first thing should be to check cartridges, and maybe replace with new cartridges to make the printer work again.

• 

Maybe you can clean cartridges to make sure they are unclogged.

• 

Follow the steps in the next videos to clean your cartridges.

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion, but the printer works ok with other laptops with previous versions of windows. It is not a problem with the printer, it seems to be related with  with the drivers..
