  • When you try to print, do you see a password prompt on your computer or mobile device, or is it appearing on the printer’s control panel itself?
  • Have you previously set a custom password, or are you trying to recover the default one that came with the printer?
  • Is the printer currently connected to your home Wi‑Fi network, or are you using Wi‑Fi Direct to connect devices?
